Co-Founder

Maria Tancredi Seiler is the Founder of Elite Divorce Solutions, a boutique divorce financial planning and mediation firm serving individuals and families seeking clarity, confidence, and stability during one of life’s most complex transitions. She brings more than twenty-five years of experience across global finance, private funds, and strategic consulting, combined with a uniquely human-centered approach that helps clients make informed, grounded financial decisions that support their long-term wellbeing.

Maria is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® (CDFA®) and financial mediator who specializes in navigating high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth cases involving complex assets, business interests, compensation structures, and long-term financial planning challenges. Her work blends deep technical skill with education, empowerment, and emotional awareness — ensuring that clients not only understand their financial picture but feel confident advocating for their future.

Before founding Elite Divorce Solutions, Maria spent her career in senior roles within some of the world’s most respected financial institutions. At J.P. Morgan Asset Management, she served as Vice President, leading a global strategic transformation initiative across multiple business lines. As COO / Head of Marketing at Axel Capital Management, she steered investor relations, operations, and communications during the firm’s critical post-crisis rebuild. She has worked closely with private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, and sophisticated investors throughout her career — experience that now enables her to unravel the most intricate financial matters for her clients.

Maria’s broader professional background includes consulting for private funds, serving on investment and nonprofit boards, and founding Reconcile Me, a fintech platform focused on transparency in digital payments for families, parents, and fiduciaries. Earlier in her career, she held senior trading and relationship roles at Morgan Stanley, Standard Pacific Capital, and CS First Boston, giving her comprehensive insight into the financial systems, products, and structures that often underpin modern divorce cases.

A lifelong advocate for financial literacy and women’s economic empowerment, Maria integrates clarity, education, and practical guidance into every client engagement. She believes that financial stability after divorce begins with understanding — and she is known for her ability to break down even the most complicated financial scenarios into simple, actionable steps.

Maria holds a B.A. with Honors in Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley, where she also taught undergraduate public speaking. She is a member of 100 Women in Finance, a USAT nationally ranked triathlete, Team USA captain, board member of Broadview Ventures, and President of the Rye Tri Club. Her multidisciplinary background brings rigor, resilience, and leadership to her work with clients alongside a focus on overall health.

Maria’s mission is clear:

to empower every client with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to make the best financial decisions for themselves and their families — today and for the future.
